Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for or with respect to any matter or thing required or permitted by this Part to be prescribed or necessary to be prescribed to give effect to this Part.
(2) The regulations may apply, adopt or incorporate (with or without modification) any matter contained in any regulations, rules, codes, orders, instructions or other subordinate instrument made, determined or issued under any other Act or under an Act of the Parliament of the Commonwealth.
