PUBLIC PROSECUTIONS ACT 1994 - SECT 47

Outcome of trial cannot be challenged etc. on ground relating to special decision

A verdict returned by a jury on a trial on indictment or an order made by a court on or in connection with such a verdict is not liable to be challenged, appealed against, reviewed, quashed, set aside or called in question in any legal proceeding (including a proceeding for an order in the nature of prohibition, certiorari or mandamus or for a declaration or injunction or for any other relief) on the ground that the filing of the indictment was dependent on the making of a special decision and that the procedures prescribed by this Act with respect to the making of special decisions had not been complied with in relation to that special decision.
