PARLIAMENTARY PRECINCTS ACT 2001 - SECT 22

Refusal to leave Parliamentary precincts

A person must not fail or refuse to leave the Parliamentary precincts or any part of the Parliamentary precincts when directed to leave by an authorised officer under section 16(1).

Penalty: 10 penalty units.
