PARLIAMENTARY PRECINCTS ACT 2001 - SECT 24

Refusal to give name and address

A person within the Parliamentary precincts must not—

        (a)     fail or refuse to give his or her name and address to an authorised officer when required to do so under section 20; or

        (b)     give a false or misleading name and address to an authorised officer when required to give his or her name and address under section 20.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
