Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of either or both the presiding officers, may, by order published in the Government Gazette, revoke an order made under section 6.
(2) A presiding officer may make a recommendation referred to in subsection (1) if satisfied that—
(a) the land or premises is no longer required for the purposes of the Parliament; and
(b) it is no longer appropriate to treat the land or premises as part of the Parliamentary precincts.
