Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The holder of a private security business registration must not provide the services of another person to carry on a class B security activity if the person does not hold a private security individual operator registration that authorises the carrying on of that activity.
Penalty: 120 penalty units in the case of a natural person;
240 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
(2) A person must not employ or engage another person to carry on a class B security activity unless the person reasonably believes that the other person holds a private security individual operator registration that authorises the carrying on of that activity.
