Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If a person, who is licensed to do so under this Act, is acting as a crowd controller at a public place that person must, for each day for which he or she so acts, enter in the register, made available under section 139(1), the information required to be entered under section 142(1).
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) The manager of an activity at a public place at which one or more crowd controllers are being employed or retained must, for each day for which any such crowd controller is employed or retained, enter in the register, made available under section 139(1), the information required to be entered under section 142(2).
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
