Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) If, under this Act, a person is required or permitted to serve a document, the person may serve the document by causing it to be served by another person.
(2) If, under this Act, a person is required or permitted to give a document to another person, the person may give the document by causing it to be given by another person.
