Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsAfter the incorporation of the corporate body of trustees every donation gift and disposition of property real or personal theretofore lawfully made (but not having actually taken effect) or thereafter lawfully made by deed will or otherwise to or in favour of such church generally or the General Assembly's trustees or any person for or on behalf of the church generally shall take effect as if the same had been made to or in favour of the corporate body of trustees.
