Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsWhen any person who has been appointed a trustee by virtue of his office whether clerical or lay ceases to hold such office his successor thereto shall, upon the certificate in writing of the Moderator of the vacating of the office by the last holder thereof and of the appointment of the person named therein as his successor and of his acceptance of the office, become a trustee under his official designation in the stead of the person last registered under such designation.
