QUEEN VICTORIA WOMEN'S CENTRE ACT 1994 - SECT 9

Chairperson

    (1)     The Minister must appoint one of the members as chairperson of the Trust.

    (2)     The chairperson may resign that office in writing delivered to the Minister.
