Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A person who has made a revocation application to the Registrar may withdraw the application by giving the Registrar a withdrawal of revocation form in accordance with subsection (2).
(2) The withdrawal of revocation form must—
(a) be given to the Registrar within 90 days after the date of lodgement of the revocation application; and
(b) be in a form approved by the Registrar; and
(c) be signed by both persons in the registered relationship that is the subject of the revocation application.
