Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) As soon as possible after the chief botanist receives from the Board botanical specimens or other property acquired by the Board for inclusion in the State botanical collection, the chief botanist must determine in writing whether or not to add them to the collection.
(2) The Board may sell or dispose of any botanical specimens or other property which the chief botanist determines should not be included in the State botanical collection.
