Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In any Act other than this Act and in any other law contract agreement or instrument (whether passed made or entered into before or after the commencement of this Act), but subject to any express provision to the contrary in any Act, a reference to rain hail sleet snow ice fog or mist includes a reference to rain hail sleet snow ice fog or mist (as the case requires) which resulted or may have resulted from a rain-making operation and every such Act law contract agreement or instrument shall be read and construed and have effect accordingly.
(2) Nothing in this Act shall be construed as depriving a person of any right of action that he might have apart from this Act in respect of or arising out of a rain-making operation that is not authorised under this Act.
