(1) Meetings of the Regional Development Advisory Committee must be held at least quarterly or at the times determined by the Minister.
(2) The Chairperson must preside at any meeting of the Committee at which he or she is present.
(3) If the Chairperson is absent a member elected by the members present must preside.
(4) A majority of members currently in office
constitutes a quorum for a meeting of the Committee.
