Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf VCAT cancels a licence under section 33, the person to whom the licence was issued must return the licence to the Authority within the period specified by VCAT in the order, or within the period of 14 days after the cancellation, whichever is shorter.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person,
60 penalty units.
In the case of a body corporate,
300 penalty
units.
