Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendments made to this Act by section 12 of the Retail Leases Amendment Act 2020 apply to a retail premises lease entered into and in operation immediately before the day on which that section comes into operation (unless there are less than 3 months before the last date that the option to renew the lease may be exercised).
