ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 136

Definitions

In this Part—

"commencement day" means the day on which Division 4 of Part 2 of the Transport Legislation Amendment Act 2019 comes into operation;

"VicRoads" means the Roads Corporation within the meaning of section 3 of the Transport Integration Act 2010 .
