ROAD MANAGEMENT ACT 2004 - SECT 42

S. 42(1) amended by No. 55/2013 s. 26(2).

    (1)     A coordinating road authority may by notice published in the Government Gazette declare—

        (a)     a part or all of a public road for which it is responsible to be a controlled access road; or

        (b)     a part or all of a class of public road for which it is responsible to be controlled access roads.

    (2)     A coordinating road authority may by notice published in the Government Gazette amend or revoke a declaration under subsection (1).

    (3)     Schedule 2 has effect.
