(1) An appointing entity must issue an identity
card to each authorised officer the entity appoints.
(2) An identity card must—
S. 72(2)(a) amended by No. 49/2019 s. 175(2)(a).
(a) set out the name of the authorised officer and contain a photograph of the authorised officer to whom it is issued; and
S. 72(2)(b) substituted by No. 49/2019 s. 175(2)(b).
(b) state the name of the appointing entity; and
(c) contain information about the complaints process under section 87.
