Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Section 68B of this Act, as inserted by section 9 of the Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 , and paragraph (ea) of the definition of relevant offence in section 84C(1) of this Act, as inserted by section 15 of that Act, apply only to offences alleged to have been committed on or after the commencement of sections 9 or 15.
(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), if an offence is alleged to have been committed between 2 dates, one before and one after the commencement of sections 9 and 15 of the Road Legislation Further Amendment Act 2007 , the offence is alleged to have been committed before the commencement of those provisions.
