Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIn this Division, "rectify a breach", in respect of a vehicle that is in breach of a mass, dimension or load restraint limit or requirement, means to do anything that is necessary to ensure that the breach ceases, or will not occur when the vehicle is driven on a highway, regardless of whether or not that requires that any action be taken in relation to the vehicle itself.
