ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 191A

In this Part—

S. 191A def. of light bus amended by No. 7/2019 s. 41(2)(a).

"light bus" means a bus with a GVM of 4.5 tonnes or less;

S. 191A def. of record keeper inserted by No. 7/2019 s. 41(2)(b).

"record keeper" has the same meaning as it has in the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Victoria).
