ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 95C

    (1)     Unless sooner revoked, the Road Safety (Procedures) Regulations 1988 ^[16] , the Road Safety (Traffic) Regulations 1988 ^[17] and the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1988 ^[18] are revoked on 1 March 2000.

    (2)     Section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 does not apply to the Road Safety (Procedures) Regulations 1988, the Road Safety (Traffic) Regulations 1988 or the Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 1988.
