ROAD SAFETY ACT 1986 - SECT 9AB

The suspension of a registration of a motor vehicle or trailer suspended under section 9AA ceases when the Secretary receives notification from the Director, Fines Victoria under section 91 or 147 of the Fines Reform Act 2014 .
