Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A resident must not do anything in or near the rooming house or allow his or her visitors to the rooming house to do anything which interferes with the privacy and peace and quiet of the other residents or their proper use and enjoyment of the rooming house.

(2) A resident of a shared room does not breach a duty under this section simply by sharing the room with another resident.
