Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A rooming house operator under a fixed term rooming house agreement, before the end of the term of that agreement, may give the resident a notice to vacate the room in the rooming house at the end of the fixed term.
(2) The notice must specify a termination date that is on or after the date of the end of the fixed term and which is not less than 28 days after the date on which the notice is given.
