Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) A notice of intention to vacate or a notice to vacate given under this Division is withdrawn only if a notice of withdrawal is given.
(2) A notice of withdrawal must be—
(a) in writing; and
(b) signed by the person who gave the notice; and
(c) signed by the person to whom the notice was given.
(3) A notice of intention to vacate a room given orally may be withdrawn orally.
