RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 143

Residency right

Subject to this Act, a resident has—

S. 143(a) amended by No. 17/2024 s. 6(19).

        (a)     a right to reside on the site which the resident occupies; and

        (b)     a right to occupy the caravan on that site.
