RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 206AZH

A notice of intention to vacate a caravan or site in a caravan park is not valid unless—

        (a)     it is in writing; and

        (b)     it is signed by the person giving the notice or by that person's agent.
