RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 206ZC

Site tenant's goods not to be taken for rent

A person must not take or dispose of the goods or Part 4A dwelling of a site tenant on account of rent owing by the site tenant.

Penalty:     60 penalty units.
