RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 498W

A person exercising a right of entry under this Division—

        (a)     must do so in a reasonable manner; and

        (b)     must not stay or permit others to stay at the SDA dwelling longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry without the SDA resident's consent or, if there are multiple SDA residents, without the consent of all the SDA residents.
