RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 498ZZL

If a possession order is made under this Division in respect of an SDA dwelling, the SDA residency agreement terminates at the end of the day before the day on which possession of the SDA dwelling is delivered up to the SDA provider or mortgagee.
