RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 498ZZN

If a possession order under this Division requires a notice to be given, the applicant for the order must—

S. 498ZZN(a) amended by No. 9/2023 s. 207(2).

        (a)     serve a copy of the order and the notice on the person issued with a notice to vacate who occupies the SDA dwelling; and

S. 498ZZN(b) amended by No. 9/2023 s. 207(2).

        (b)     if any other person who is not subject to the possession order occupies the SDA dwelling, notify that person that the person is not subject to the possession order.
