RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1997 - SECT 498ZZZL

If the SDA dwelling owner wilfully or recklessly damages or loses stored goods or personal documents, a former SDA resident or a person who has a lawful right to those goods or documents may apply to the Tribunal for compensation.
