Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) In an application to the Tribunal for a breach of the duty to maintain rented premises in good repair that contains a ground in respect of damage or defects to common property that adjoins the premises, the residential rental provider may join the owners corporation responsible for the common property as a party to the application.
(2) If the application referred to in subsection (1) requires determination of a related matter under the Owners Corporations Act 2006 , the Tribunal may hear and determine that related matter concurrently with the application.
