SENTENCING ACT 1991 - SECT 113B
Maximum cumulative term of imprisonment imposable by Magistrates' Court
The Magistrates' Court must not impose on any person in respect of several
offences cumulative sentences of imprisonment to take effect in succession for
a term exceeding in the whole 5 years unless that term is expressly
provided by an Act.
