Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendments made to this Act by section 38 of the Courts Legislation (Jurisdiction) Act 2006 apply to the sentencing of a person for an offence on or after the commencement of that section, irrespective of when the offence was committed or the finding of guilt was made.
