Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe amendment to section 5 by the Justice Legislation Amendment (Parole Reform and Other Matters) Act 2016 applies to the sentencing of an offender on or after the commencement of section 9 of that Act irrespective of when the offence was committed or the finding of guilt was made.
