Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) Any sums required by the Treasurer in fulfilling any liability arising under a guarantee, indemnity or other support by or on behalf of the Government of Victoria provided by or given under this Part shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund which is hereby to the necessary extent appropriated accordingly.
(2) Any sums received or recovered by the Treasurer from Tricontinental or otherwise in respect of sums paid by the Treasurer under a guarantee, indemnity or other support must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
