Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The Surveyor-General shall, where necessary, give notice in writing of the establishment removal or alteration of any permanent mark to the department, public authority, committee of management or body of trustees (as the case requires) charged under this Act with the maintenance of such permanent mark.
(2) The Surveyor-General shall give notice in writing to the Titles Office Survey Officer of the establishment removal or alteration of any permanent mark in any case where he considers that such establishment removal or alteration is likely to affect any lodged plan or other plan in the Office of Titles.
