SUPREME COURT ACT 1986 - SECT 113N

Chief Justice may assign judicial registrar to be Registrar of Court of Appeal and Registrar of Criminal Appeals

The Chief Justice may assign a judicial registrar to the duties of—

        (a)     the Registrar of Court of Appeal and Registrar of Criminal Appeals concurrently; or

        (b)     the Registrar of Court of Appeal; or

        (c)     the Registrar of Criminal Appeals.
