Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current Acts(1) The State of Victoria may enter into an agreement with the Commonwealth and the State of New South Wales with respect to liabilities of the Authority to the Commonwealth that are to be transferred to the Snowy Hydro Company on the corporatisation date and with respect to the discharge of those liabilities.
(2) The agreement may contain any related provisions (including guarantees) that are considered appropriate.
