SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 2

    (1)     This Part comes into operation on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

    (2)     Section 26(2) is deemed to have come into operation on 9 August 1995.

    (3)     The remaining provisions of this Act come into operation on a day or days to be proclaimed.
