SNOWY HYDRO CORPORATISATION ACT 1997 - SECT 29

On the corporatisation date—

        (a)     the Snowy Mountains Hydro-electric Authority is abolished; and

        (b)     the Snowy Mountains Council is abolished—

to the extent that they were, immediately before that date, constituted or recognised as legal entities by any Act.
