SUBORDINATE LEGISLATION ACT 1994 - SECT 27

The Scrutiny Committee may advise the Minister about any matter relating to the administration or operation of this Act including—

S. 27(a) amended by No. 78/2010 s. 36.

        (a)     the making of regulations under section 4(1) and 4A(1); and

        (b)     the making of guidelines.
