SERIOUS OFFENDERS ACT 2018 - SECT 86

    (1)     As soon as practicable after the making of an order under section 84, the DPP must give a copy of the order to—

        (a)     the Secretary; and

        (b)     the Authority; and

        (c)     the Adult Parole Board if the offender is serving a custodial sentence when the order is made.

    (2)     If the offender commences serving a custodial sentence before the expiry or revocation of the interim detention order, the DPP must give as soon as practicable a copy of the order to the Adult Parole Board.
