SALE OF LAND ACT 1962 - SECT 32H

A section 32 statement must specify if any of the following services are not connected to the land—

        (a)     electricity supply;

        (b)     gas supply;

        (c)     water supply;

        (d)     sewerage;

        (e)     telephone services.
