Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsThe purchaser may rescind a contract for the sale of land if, at any time before the purchaser accepts title and becomes entitled to possession or to the receipt of rents and profits, a notice of intention to acquire land has been served under section 6 of the Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 in respect of the land subject to the contract of sale.
