Victorian Current Acts Victorian Current ActsIf a vendor and a purchaser have entered into a contract for the sale of land in respect of which a section 32 statement has been given and the vendor and purchaser enter into a subsequent contract in relation to the same land in substantially the same terms as the original contract, the vendor is not required, in respect of the subsequent contract, to give to the purchaser another section 32 statement.
